Refund and Exchange


1. Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges if the item(s) purchased has a manufacturing defect as not stated in the description or whatsoever. Manufacturing defect is a defect in a product resulting from a deviation from its design specifications during production. This excludes mild scratches; colours, patterns or designs which vary from the illustrated picture; packaging damage; and whatsoever that does not affect the functionality of the item.

We do not cover accident damage / self inflicted damage / misuse / modification or 
mishandling of item(s) and water damages, including but not limiting to item(s) that is IP67, waterproof, water or weather resistance.

Exchanges will be done first. If the item is not available for an exchange, a full refund will be given.

Return or exchange request must be done within 14 calendar days of purchase or shipment date to cubeRpedia@gmail.com or 94551698 (SMS/WHATSAPP) with order numbers and the defect. To return the item(s) purchased, please mail or bring the item(s) to the address provided in the email, SMS or WHATSAPP after liaising with our staffs at cubeRpedia@gmail.com.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. (Cash on Delivery mode will be refunded via Bank Transfer instead)


2. Exceptions 

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include items that is under sales, flash sales, promotion, giveaway, freebies, second hand items, pre-order items;
and if stated in the product description.


3. Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling fees shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. (Note: No free shipping for all returns) You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Any amount refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
